Logan Libraries will mark National Water Week next month with the screening of a special documentary.
Blue is a thought-provoking documentary prepared by the Australian Marine Conservation Society and supported by Good Pitch Australia (Shark Island Institute and Documentary Australia Foundation).
It features renowned conservationist, photographer and film maker Valerie Taylor and takes viewers on a journey through the wonders of the world’s oceans.
It also examines environmental pressures, such as plastic pollution, and highlights changes that can be made for the future.
National Water Week is from October 18 to 24.
A free online screening of Blue is from 6.30pm to 8pm on Thursday, October 21.
Bookings for the online screening are essential and can be made via loglib.org/blue
