Owner Kristy McSkimming wanted knew that she wanted to be a florist since she was 12 years old and today marks 19 years for her business, Chatswood Hills Florist.
Having studied two certificates in floristry and being filled with a passion for flowers that shows when you talk to her, Kristy has been beautifying people’s lives every day.
Her family-run Springwood based shop specialises in delivering flower bouquets for all occasions, ranging from vibrant designs perfect for a birthday, anniversary or thank you gift, through to Valentine’s Day flowers, Mother’s Day gifts and funeral tributes.
Something that many people may not know is that flowers are not out of the price range of most people. Chatswood Hills Florist can work with and create arrangements that can suit almost all budgets.
Kristy’s shop moved within the Chatswood Central Shopping Centre twice since opening, and her shop, located at the top of the escalators, looks the part and is very welcoming.
“Happy 19th birthday to our little florist, said Kristy.
“From a humble beginning, we’re proud of how far we’ve come.
“We love being in Logan and we believe that our customers are part of our family; our big Chatswood Hills Florist Family,” Kristy said.
