Australians know ramen as hearty Japanese comfort food adored by the masses who obsess over its slurpable noodles, melt-in-your-mouth proteins and a broth that is as creamy as it is meaty. This November, Motto Motto is giving the humble ramen a plant-based makeover and they’re kicking things off with $1 bowls of their brand-new Plant Based Miso Ramen.
From the team behind one of the country’s most awarded Japanese restaurants, Sono in Brisbane, Motto Motto brings premium Japanese cuisine to suburbs around Australia, with nine restaurants across New South Wales and Queensland.
Previously, Motto Motto have been known for their mouth-watering 6+ marble score Australian Wagyu beef, premium grade Tassie salmon, fluffy bao buns and crispy fried chicken. It’s everything you want – and now there’s even ‘more’ on offer for veggie lovers.
Chief Operating Officer, Matt Fickling says, “We’re thrilled to be able to cater to those on a vegan, vegetarian or flexitarian diet, and what better time to launch our new plant-based menu than on World Vegan Day! Our guests spoke and we listened, Australians have been wanting this for a while and we are more than happy to deliver,” he says.
For one day only, Motto Motto’s new Plant Based Miso Ramen will be available at all locations for just $1 for the first 200 customers who visit on World Vegan Day, Tuesday 1st November from 11am.
But the fun doesn’t have to stop there. Anyone who misses out on $1 ramen will be able to take advantage of ‘Meat Free Mondays’ with 2 for 1 Miso Ramen all day, every Monday, available exclusively to all MyMotto members.
QLD Locations: Westfield Carindale, Westfield Chermside, Westfield Mount Gravatt, Indooroopilly Shopping Centre, Pacific Fair and Robina Town Centre.
