Mans best friend had their day out in Logan last month at the annual Doggy Day Out at Noyer Park in Mount Warren Park.

The free community event is aimed at helping dog owners find new friends, socialise their dogs, and support local businesses.

There was free face painting for the kids and free coffees for adults. The dogs didn’t miss out as there were puppychinos, free nail clipping, and many snacks and smells for them to enjoy.

Stalls of all kinds were in attendance from veterinary services, photography, and toys to dog accessories, grooming, and rescues.

“Doggie Day Out 2023 has been another successful event for the local dog community,” said councillor for division 12, Karen Murphy.

“I’m really pleased to have seen so many dogs on their best behaviour enjoying the variety of local doggie businesses on show and getting valuable pet information from our wonderful Logan City Council officers.

“We look forward to hosting it again next year.”
