There are only two weeks to go before Logan goes to the polls. That also means only three weeks before all the election signs will be gone for another four years.

The official date, and last time to get your vote in, is March 16 for the Local Government Election, or council election, however the polling starts Monday March 4.

All Logan residents will be asked to vote for Mayor, but only Division 1, Division 2, Division 3, Division 4, Division 5, Division 7 and Division 12 will vote on their preferred councillor.

Early voting or pre poll as it’s known by many, will be available at these locations across the city for two weeks leading up to election day.

Gracehouse – 123 Paradise Road, Slacks Creek
Logan West Community Centre – 2 Wineglass Drive, Hillcrest
Beenleigh Showgrounds – 1/19 Showground Drive, Beenleigh
The Buzz at Yarrabilba Community Centre – 65 Basalt Drive, Yarrabilba
Springlife Conference Centre – 178 Springwood Road, Springwood

These locations will be open from 9am – 5pm each day except for Friday March 15 which will remain open an extra hour, 6pm, for any last-minute early voters.
