The first of many monthly breakfast markets was held on the weekend at the Kingston Butter Factory by the Logan Chamber of Commerce.
Dogs were allowed to attend, if they were a good little puppy, and it was lucky they were as several market stalls catered for the four-legged friend.
Along with the products for pets, there was local small businesses including Lilliannah Bonsai, Hunnie Bun Boutique, Nicola’s Natural, Sum Blokes BBQ Rubs & Spices, BEE Kind Local Honey, with clothes, gems, salt lamps, toys, gifts, jewellery and more.
Of course, it wouldn’t be a breakfast market if there weren’t good local food vendors there to fill up the hungry bellies. The ever-popular BBQ To You was dishing up the burgers and crispy fries while OMG Decadent Donuts Logan took care of that sweet tooth.
Newcomers to the food truck world, La Casetta Italian Kitchen, hit the ground running with their chosen selection of both savory and sweet. They also suckered you in with a free sample of their truffle mac ‘n’ cheese.
The morning is always a time for coffee, well every hour of the day is, and onsite café Devon Pixies was there to please with the coffee flowing fast.
As the months roll on, the Butter Factory Breakfast Markets, held the second Saturday of the month, will grow, and give more and more small local businesses a place to showcase their products.
