Aussie Pet Collective was the venue on the weekend for a high tea by Touch of Hope. The afternoon became a lively function with tea being served and lots of prizes and auctions.
The ladies were all looking fine in their dresses and fascinators which made it feel like a Melbourne Cup party. Many a laugh was had and fun for all as guests enjoyed the activities of the Sunday afternoon events.
The afternoon also introduced guests to an inspiring Logan author, Carmel Charlesworth, who co-authored ‘Extra Ordinary’. This is a book written about real life stories of illness, living with a disability and mental health and their ways of getting through these ordeals.
With silent auctions and ticket sales, there was plenty of money raised, which was the aim of the event.
The food was eaten, and the items won leaving guests with plenty of smiles having had a fantastic time at Aussie Pet Collective’s High Tea.
