Family restaurant Motto Motto has joined forces with the Starlight Children’s Foundation (Starlight) to give Australia’s littlest patients a helping hand in 2023. The partnership will provide Motto Motto guests with the opportunity to bring smiles to the faces of sick kids and their families as we head back to school.
While currently Motto Motto do not have a store in the City of Logan, there are some located just over the city lines close to those working away from the city.
While Australia is lucky enough to have one of the best healthcare systems in the world looking after the nation’s sick kids, childhood illness also takes a heavy toll on the mental and emotional wellbeing of patients. And that’s where Starlight – and now Motto Motto diners – come in.
In the spirit of ‘families helping families’, Motto Motto is inviting guests to bring in their broods and purchase any Mini-Motto meal, with $5 from each meal going directly to Starlight. As a special thank you, Motto Motto will be giving participating guests a FREE Motto Motto branded bento lunch box (valued at $19.95), perfect for the back-to-school list.

Motto Motto is making contributing to the Starlight Foundation easy. Guests can simply drop into their Japanese local, and Motto Motto’s littlest diners can choose from one of Motto Motto’s delicious Mini-Motto meals, including:

● Simple Chicken Bao & Fries, or
● Chicken Udon Soup
with a free Motto Motto branded back-to-school bento lunch box. Every purchase sends $5 to Starlight with a goal of $20,000 to be raised.
Customers wanting to give more can also donate in the restaurant and online, where every dollar donated goes directly to bringing smiles to sick kids.

● Guests can participate by purchasing a Mini-Motto meal at a participating Motto Motto restaurant, or donate directly in the restaurant or online.
● A maximum of 4,000 bento boxes will be given away.
● Every purchase in the participating promotion sends $5 to the Starlight Children’s Foundation.
● The fundraising goal is $20,000 which will be donated to the Starlight Children’s Foundation after the offer period.
● All merchandise (Motto Motto branded back-to-school bento boxes) provided as part of the fundraising promotion is funded by Motto Motto restaurants.
