The team at Simply Beans Espresso Bar and Coffee Roast Specialists are celebrating 15 years of serving the people of Logan and surrounds the best coffee money can buy.
Roast Master Giuseppe, aka Joe, and his beautiful wife Deborah Anapo have worked hard from the start to grow their coffee shop to be award winning and a supplier to many other coffee makers across the country.
The business was born in 2009 roasting in Joe’s home garage. In 2010, realising that there wasn’t a Coffee Roaster in the City of Logan or in the greater Brisbane area, Joe moved the business to Underwood and a 50sq metre premises on Logan Road.
After another move to the current Compton Road premises, Simply Beans has grown into a one stop coffee house, with a buzzing Espresso Bar, Retail Shop and selected wholesale clients from all around Australia.
Simply Beans takes pride in blending and roasting coffee with passion and precision. Joe has over 45 years’ experience in the hospitality industry across numerous areas from 5-Star Dining to Master Roaster; his knowledge and passion is extensive.
They celebrated today with free coffee and a cake cutting along with the promotion of their Celebration Edition Speciality Blend coffee beans.
“In celebration of our 15th Birthday, we present to you our Celebration Edition blend now on grind,” said Deborah.
“Roast Master Joe has really treated us with this magnificent creation featuring notes of Port wine, berry, citrus mango with zest with a smooth and finesse finish.”
Simply Beans is located at the Southpark Complex, 10 Compton Road Underwood, and is open 7am – 5pm Monday to Friday and 7am – 2pm Saturday.
