Forecast heavy rain across South-East Queensland in coming days has unfortunately prompted the postponement of an upcoming outdoor event for children in the City of Logan.

The ImagiNation Children’s Festival was scheduled to be held on Saturday (April 6) at the Kingston Butter Factory Cultural Precinct, however Logan City Council has made the decision to postpone the festival.

The Queensland Bureau of Meteorology has forecast rainfall in excess of 100mm in some locations from tomorrow through to the weekend.

Logan City Council apologises for any inconvenience caused and hopes to reschedule the event soon.
