Logan Police were pleased to rub shoulders with local QFES members and the public at Flagstone and Jimboomba McDonald’s last weekend as they helped to raise money on McHappy Day.
The crew from Jimboomba Police Station and Logan District Crime Prevention Unit were more than McHappy to lend a hand to such a worthy cause.

Sergeant Lawrie Catterson said, “If you were at Jimboomba or Flagstone McDonald’s, you may have bumped into some of our police who were collecting donations and flipping burgers.
“If your order got mucked up, we’re blaming the firies.”

Hungry drivers were happy to dig a little deeper when faced with local police in the drive thru and police enjoyed engaging with the community.
