A Ninja Warrior inspired park will open at Flagstone this weekend, with the launch event set to give aspiring athletes the opportunity to be trained by two of the sport’s champions and win the title of Flagstone’s first Ninja Pro.
Latitude Park, developed by property developer Peet, will open on Saturday 22 July. The launch event will be led by Ninja Warrior athletes and Logan-Beaudesert region locals Emma and Kobe Teede.
The duo will first provide a demonstration of the park’s new equipment, offering training and performance tips to aspiring athletes, before taking to the course to test their skills against local residents in various games and time trials.
To encourage connection among the region’s growing community, aspiring ninja athletes are invited to test their abilities on the new course between 1pm – 4pm.
Flagstone’s first Ninja Pro competition will be held, with a $50 gift card to be awarded to the fastest female and male finishers in the teen and adult categories. The competitor with the time closest to Kobe Teede will also take home a $100 gift card and the title of Flagstone’s first official Ninja Pro.
Latitude Park is Peet’s latest investment into Flagstone, adding to the existing ten hectares of parkland and playgrounds, ensuring the community offers fun and adventure for the whole family. Alongside the unique obstacle course, Latitude Park also includes children’s sensory equipment, a shaded play area, barbecues, tables, and benches for locals to relax.
Registrations for the Flagstone Ninja Pro are encouraged, with limited positions available on the day. Register via the event page here.
