Last month just before 1.30am on June 28, a Toyota Hilux travelling on Chambers Flat Road lost control and rolled near Kerry Road.

A 24-year-old man, who was driving the vehicle, died at the scene while the 21-year-old front seat passenger was transported to hospital in a critical condition.

The 21-year-old woman last night died from injuries sustained in that single vehicle traffic crash.

Paramedics treated another two occupants of the vehicle, two women aged 25 and 19, for minor injuries at the time of the crash.

Regents Park Fatal

Yesterday afternoon a fatal single vehicle incident at Regents Park with Police investigating.

Preliminary investigations indicate that just after 1.30pm, the sole occupant of a car crashed into a fence at the intersection of Estraminia Road and Pavon Street.

The driver, a 74-year-old Regents Park woman was declared deceased at the scene a short time later.

Police are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the crash or has any information to come forward and speak to police.

The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating.
