Forensic Crash Unit investigations have commenced after woman died in a two-vehicle traffic crash yesterday afternoon, 30 September, at Priestdale.

Investigations indicate a sedan was headed north on Ford Road when it has collided with a utility on the roundabout at Priestdale Road.

Both vehicles then hit a power pole before bursting into flames.

A passenger in the utility, a woman in her thirties, died at the scene.

The male driver of the utility and the male driver of the sedan were taken to the Princess Alexandra Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Investigations are continuing.
