The new building at 91 City Road Beenleigh is known as The Precinct and has several businesses throughout.

One of these businesses is HitCafe and for anyone that has been, knows they are in for some good coffee and tasty meals.

Open from 6:30am, this little café tucked in the corner of the ground level is the place many workers in Beenleigh choose to start their day. From a coffee on the run to work or the choice of something on the all-day breakfast or lunch menu, HitCafe have you covered.

The service is with a smile and a laugh and when sitting there waiting on the food to arrive, it was clear to see they have many return customers as first names were being used regularly.

The Hit Burger was my choice for brunch and with it I got some chips and an iced coffee. My friends ordered the Hit House Hotcakes and a bacon and egg roll, both with coffees.

The coffees were hot and full to the brim while my iced coffee was a hit of real coffee surrounded by milk, ice cream and cream. My photo doesn’t do it justice as I was too quick to taste and too slow to photograph.

The food started to arrive, and everything looked great. All the meals had plenty of flavour and were big enough to fill the gap of brunch. The large chips were plenty for all of us to share and topped of a gastronomic treat.

While the menu is not large, what they do have is a good selection and food that can be ordered, cooked, and eaten in a lunch break. And being where they are situated, this is a good plan.

If you work in Beenleigh or are just passing through, stop by the HitCafe and grab yourself a hit meal.
